濟寧海億特電動車制造有限公司等科研生產單位密切合作，開發生產的海億特電動車采用美國INGENIOUS雙變
頻電機及新一代有齒有刷電機,它由盤式直流稀土永磁電機減速系統和離合器組合而成,具有效率高，載重量大，
耗電少， 壽命長等特點，并且此車中制傳動，行駛特別平穩。控制器是電動車的控制中心，是以電子調脈寬控
制電機轉速，向逆時針方向旋轉右調速手柄，從 0-20KM的平滑無級調速，操作簡單安全，并且還具有有限流保
護，欠壓保護的電量狀況。前燈面版有電源電壓顯示等可直觀電池電量狀況。電池采用 36V17A密封式免維護高
性能鉛酸蓄電池，此電池容量大，續行里程長，充一次電可騎行60-70公里。其充電器是海億特電動車有限公司
提供的與電池配套的專用充電器,并采用電子開關電路,具有可靠性,智能性,控制方便,操作簡單等特點，且有限
流保護，電量顯示和剎車斷電功能。
